Clymer Museum Endowment
In 1996, the Clymer Museum Foundation Board of Directors created
the Endowment Fund Committee to work toward a "long-term goal of raising
funds, investing and preserving the principle to help continue the tradition of
western art and our western heritage in honoring our own eminent artist, John
Ford Clymer.
Dedicated individuals, most of whom were instrumental
in the creation of the Clymer Museum, stepped forward to take on this
task. Most of these people are still active today, working
diligently to further the work of the Clymer Museum.
The Clymer Museum Endowment Committee is comprised of:
Zora Peterson
Frank Conrad
Robert Jones
Teri Phillip
Robert Case Sr.

Joy McGiffin Eckert and John Ludtka, two former owners of the Daily
Record newspaper, originally kicked off the fund drive with a generous gift of
$35,000 in 1996 and The Clymer Museum Endowment Fund was on the move!
According to former Chairperson, Sandy Kachlein, "The Clymer Museum
needs a secure base for everyday operation. Only the money generated from the
principle will be used to help maintain and operate the museum." While
other sources of income continue to play a major financial role, the
Endowment Fund provides a solid annual base.
The Clymer Endowment Fund Committee, under the Clymer Foundation Board, is
prepared to accept current and deferred gifts. All gifts and donations are tax-exempt, to the
extent allowed by law. The Clymer Foundation is a non-profit 501-C3 corporation, and our Gift Acceptance Policy is
structured to provide maximum benefits to all parties.
We are delighted to receive cash gifts, memorial donations, stocks and
securities toward our goal of $250,000. And now we need your help!
